This seemed like a very apropos recipe for this particular summer. We live in South Florida, almost like clockwork around four in the afternoon you can plan on storms rolling across the Everglades and dumping buckets of rain on our house. This summer has been crazy! Not only have we been getting an afternoon storm we have been getting a morning storm as well. This makes trips to the beach and local water parks really difficult. These cupcakes were a great way to turn a “frown upside down” after a trip to the water park was cancelled due to lightening.
